Commission ranges from 90–105% depending on carrier. We do not provide leads — you are expected to self-generate or purchase from approved vendors. Our model rewards experienced producers who need carrier access and back-office support, not hand-holding.
E&O required. Multiple state licenses preferred. We work exclusively with agents producing a minimum of $5,000/month in AP.
