Texas Life Academy is a dedicated new agent training operation based in Dallas. We run three training cohorts per year — January, May, and September — each taking 15 new agents from zero to licensed and producing in 8 weeks.
We cover all pre-licensing and exam costs. Commission starts at 100% with a structured advancement ladder to 120% at 12 months. Agents who complete the academy have a 78% one-year retention rate vs. 35% industry average.
